‘Chiavi et Pistole’ desk designed by Gio Ponti (1891-1979) and Piero Fornasetti (1913-1988). A stunning black lacquer four-drawer desk on brass sabots. Printed with pistol and key motif in silver and gold. Marked “2-2-89”, February 2nd of 1989, this desk represents one of six made in the first production of the re-edition, the original desk was manufactured in 1950. Verified authentic by the Fornasetti atelier in Italy.
